Welcome to Educational Equity Advisors a beacon of guidance in public education, led by Elissa Malespina, a seasoned professional with over two decades of diverse experience in education. Her roles have spanned from teacher and school librarian to administrator and school board member, giving her a comprehensive understanding of the education system. She has her Master's in Education and is Certified in Restorative Practices. At Educational Equity Associates, we are committed to demystifying the complexities of public education and providing personalized support and expert insights to help you navigate and engage effectively with the system.

Our services are diverse and inclusive, catering to parents, educators, and school administrators. For parents, we offer specialized assistance in navigating IEP and 504 plans for special education, as well as support for handling Harassment, Intimidation, and Bullying (HIB) issues. Educators and school staff can benefit from our targeted technology professional development programs, designed to enhance educational and administrative practices. We also collaborate with school administrators to develop and implement effective educational policies.
