Welcome to Educational Equity Advisors a beacon of guidance in ​public education, led by Elissa Malespina, a seasoned professional ​with over two decades of diverse experience in education. Her roles ​have spanned from teacher and school librarian to administrator and ​school board member, giving her a comprehensive understanding of ​the education system. She is a Board Certified Advocate in Special ​Education (B.C.A.S.E). Elissa also Master's in Education and is ​Certified in Restorative Practices.

At Educational Equity Associates, we are committed to demystifying ​the complexities of public education and providing personalized ​support and expert insights to help you navigate and engage ​effectively with the system. Our services are diverse and inclusive, ​catering to parents, educators, and school administrators. For ​parents, we offer specialized assistance in navigating IEP and 504 ​plans for special education, as well as support for handling ​Harassment, Intimidation, and Bullying (HIB) issues. Educators and ​school staff can benefit from our targeted technology professional ​development programs to enhance educational and administrative ​practices. We also collaborate with school administrators to develop ​and implement effective educational policies.

We also work with lawyers and law firms to provide expertise, ​guidance and expert testimony. Join us in our mission to promote ​equitable education.
